The Creche of Central University of Haryana is an activity-based early childhood learning centre where your child will play, explore, learn, and grow in a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Trained women caregivers look after every child with warmth and attention, while structured activities support your child's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
We invite you to read through this page to learn everything about our Creche — from admission eligibility to daily schedules — and enroll your child with us.
Every day at the Creche, your child will have opportunities for:
We believe every child is inherently capable and unique. Our caregivers encourage self-expression, problem-solving, cooperation, and confidence — helping each child grow at their own pace.
The structural workflow, operational transparency, and day-to-day policy reviews are governed by the Creche Administrative Committee:
| Priority Level | Target Allocation Category | Prerequisite Condition |
|---|---|---|
| 1st Priority | Working Parents / Single Parents | Both guardians are engaged in full-time jobs/studies; or single parent via separation/widowhood/spouse working in an alternate city. |
| 2nd Priority | Other Eligible Applicants | Processed sequentially based on their documented date of initial registration. |
| Tie-Breaker | Younger Age Bracket | Preference is consistently assigned to children localized at the lowest end of the age scale. |
Enrolling your child is simple. Here is how to get started:
Step 1 — Visit the Creche on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM to register your child's name in the Enrolment Register.
Step 2 — The Creche Supervisor will verify your eligibility (your employee/scholar status, your child's age, and seat availability) and inform you of your admission status or waitlist position.
Step 3 — Once a seat is confirmed, you will be called to visit the Creche and submit all required documents.
Step 4 — Complete the admission formalities and pay the fee. All formalities must be completed by the 10th of the month.
Step 5 — Your child will be issued a Creche Identity Card.
Please note: Admission is granted on a monthly basis. If your child joins mid-month, full monthly fee is payable for that month.
