University Health Centre is fully manned by the qualified human resources for providing essential medical health facilities to all the employees and students. It is currently ruining from designated building of Health Centre.
Health Centres provide first aid and basic health services to students, Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff with the aim of enhancing the overall productivity of students, teaching and non-teaching staff, by ensuring good health for all and providing the added benefit of reducing the need for absenteeism on account of minor illnesses that require the consultation of a GP.

Goals & Main Focus
- To enhance the overall productivity of students, teaching and non-teaching staff by ensuring good health by providing basic medical care.
- To ensure adequate, qualitative, preventive & curative health care to people of the State.
Focus
- Medical First aid and Basic Health Care services.
- Prompt and early referral as required.
- Immediate transfer of emergency cases to hospital via university ambulance.
- Health Awareness through various programmes.
Responsibilities
- To provide curative prevention as well as rehabilitative health care services.
- To advise the University community on health issues.
- To provide round the clock first-aid facility.
- To refer the patients to higher centres, if required.
- To provide ambulance service to take the patients to nearby Civil Hospital/ CHCs/PHCs, wherever required (24/7/365).
- To carry out vaccination, wherever required.
- To provide basic medicinal support.
- To provide curative prevention as well as rehabilitative health care services on 24/7/365 basis.
