The Central University of Haryana provides excellent hostel facilities designed to offer a comfortable and conducive living environment for students.

The Hostel is built in a manner so as to provide natural light and ventilation to all rooms.
There are two boys' hostels for PG and UG students and similarly for girls.
Filtered RO water is dispensed through coolers to meet the drinking water requirement of hostel residents.
The bathrooms have running water for 24 hours a day.
The Hostel has mess facility functional throughout the year and provides healthy food to the residents.
There is a reading room where newspapers and magazines are kept, a gymnasium, and a television room for residents.
There are two badminton courts. Wi-Fi facility is available in the hostel.
Bus facility is available from hostel to Academic blocks.
Separate rooms are available for students under the PWD category.
The Hostel has developed its own distinct charm and culture over these years.
